Due to the customisation of Koko Art products we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hand-painted merchandise. So when you order, please make sure that your sizing is correct .

We do everything to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. Any faults, or mistakes from our side (wrong designs, wrong size) need to be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

When washing you hand painted goods you should follow the instructions provided on the website to avoid any damage.

The exact delivery period cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to respect the deadlines stated on the website.

Angelus products are not returnable nor exchangeable.
