The final price of a custom painted item depends on the type of item, the material (canvas, leather, denim), and on the complexity of the design requested.

We confirm the exact price once we review the design and confirm shoe model and size.

If you provide your own item, we charge only for the customisation service.

Detailed designs and portraits, full background colours, complex patterns take longer to paint so will be charged extra.

Yes, we provide Koko Art branded items or you can provide your own shoes or clothing, either cotton, leather, denim.

We mainly paint on our own Koko Art branded canvas shoes but we can also paint on most type of shoes from any other brand (including leather shoes).

We paint on most types of leather, simile leather, suede and fabric shoes.

Yes, we can paint your own wedding shoes or we can paint our shoes in theme with your wedding. Please contact us in advance.

Yes, you can provide shoes/clothes/accessories that you already own. Get in touch and we will give you a quote for your design and the address to send the items to.

Due to time constraints and the high volume of orders we usually paint directly on the items without creating a preliminary sketch, however, you can request a digital sketch which is chargeable depending on the complextity of the drawing.

Yes, We can design the shoes with your company logo and your theme.

For cusKoko Art items, you can order from the SHOP section or create your custom design choosing CUSTOM on the menu. For other brands, please feel the form in “CUSTOM YOUR OWN” in the menu or contact us.

Our shoes are sized in European sizes, please see our size conversion chart page.

If you don’t find your size please let us know and we can find them for you or you can find the plain item online and deliver it to our shop. We will paint it and send it to you.

We have some physical retail shops in London and one in Palma de Mallorca (Spain). Our flagship store is located in Notting Hill, 51 Pembridge Rod W11 3HG. Our oldest stores are in Camden Market, Camden Town, Chalk Farm Road NW1 8AH.

We are also in Westfield Shopping Centre, White City and at the Jubilee Market in Covent Garden.

Yes, you can preorder the shoes online and choose your convenient pick up date and location.

Yes, you can order directly in store. We can try to paint the item on the same day or max 3 days. You can collect it when ready or we can deliver it to you.

Yes, the paints that we use on leather and cotton are waterproof.

We use high quality, waterproof leather and fabric paints. The items are primed before painting and the paint is sealed to keep the colours on for long.

The items can be used in the rain.

We use high quality paints specific for leather and canvas. All artwork are property sealed to ensure their longevity. With normal wear and proper care, the design will remain in good conditions.

Paint applied to rubber is not permanent and can easily crack, peel or come off. By purchasing and item that includes painted rubber sole. you acknowledge and accept this risk. This does not affect the durabiliry of the shoe itself.

You can wash all Koko Art items (Canvas shoes and cotton clothing) in the washing machine with cold water (30degree) on a delicate cycle and mild soap. No tumble dryer.

T-shirts, jumpers and vests need to be ironed inside out to fix the colour before the first wash.

Leather items are not machine washable and they should only be wiped cleaned gently with a damp cloth.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

We ship our items from United Kingdom.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check prior ordering if import duties are due in their countries and to pay any import taxes and fees that may be charged upon arrival so be aware of your countries shipping fees before you purchase.

After the processing time, the delivery time itself takes around 1-2 working days for the UK, 3-5 days to Europe, around 5-7 working days for other countries.

We ship the orders mainly with Fedex, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

Regretfully we can not accept returns on any of our products. Since each item is painted on request, it is not returnable and non-refundable.
