Our shoes come in European sizes and fit true to size. If you are in between sizes, we suggest you to take the smaller size.
Return policy
Due to the customisation of Koko Art products we CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGES on hand painted merchandise. So when you order, please make sure that your sizing is correct.
We do everything to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. Any faults, or mistakes from our side (wrong designs, wrong size) need to be reported to us via email at info@kokoart.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include order number, photos and a brief description. Depending on the issue we will confirm the next steps. This may include: returning the item for repair, exchanging the item, issuing a refund.
For faulty or damage items we will cover the shipping costs and provide return labels.
If a refund is agreed, it will be process to the original payment method within 14 days after the item is returned and inspected.
When washing you hand painted goods you should follow the instructions provided on the website to avoid any damage.
The exact delivery period cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to respect the deadlines stated on the website.
Angelus products are not returnable nor exchangeable.
